Role Overview
Brand Manager
As a Brand Manager at STREEVIA, you'll be at the forefront of shaping brand narratives, driving market positioning, and creating meaningful connections between brands and their audiences. You'll work collaboratively with creative teams, clients, and stakeholders to build strong brand recognition and foster lasting customer loyalty.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Define brand positioning, messaging architecture, and value propositions for clients across various industries
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Create brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and platforms
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI
Campaign Management & Execution
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand narratives and visual content
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing initiatives including social media, advertising, content marketing, and digital campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, social media managers, and content creators
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation
- Coordinate with account managers, creative directors, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Present brand strategies, campaign concepts, and performance reports to clients and senior leadership
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and consumer behavior patterns
- Identify emerging opportunities for brand growth and market expansion
- Stay current with marketing technologies, tools, and best practices
- Recommend innovative approaches to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Client Management & Relationship Building
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business goals and challenges
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and results delivery
- Provide strategic counsel on brand positioning, market opportunities, and growth strategies
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent brand excellence and campaign success
Required QualificationsProfessional Expertise
5+ years of experience
in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within a creative or marketing agency- Proven track record in
brand strategy development and campaign management
Strong expertise in market analysis, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence
Experience managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously
Demonstrated success in building brand recognition and driving business growth
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in
creative direction and visual branding
Advanced knowledge of social media marketing, digital marketing, and content marketing
Experience with advertising campaigns
across multiple channels- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM systems)
- Understanding of campaign management platforms and project management tools
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising principles
