As the Brand Manager at Pearl Academy, you will play a crucial role in being the custodian of the digital-first brand system. Your responsibilities will include defining how the brand looks, sounds, and scales across various platforms, campaigns, and experiences. All physical expressions will be based on adaptations of a central digital brand system. Key Responsibilities: - Own the brand voice, tone, and narrative system. - Translate institutional strategy into compelling brand stories. - Lead campaign thinking and provide creative direction. - Approve all brand-led creative outputs. - Ensure the website reflects the brand expression. - Develop campaign key visuals, films, and digital assets. - Maintain brand consistency in event brand expression and automation tone. - Demonstrate a good understanding of media buying across digital and offline platforms (digital, OOH, print). - Evaluate media plans to ensure alignment with the brand strategy. - Manage creative partners effectively. - Collaborate with UI/UX and senior design teams. - Uphold brand guidelines and asset libraries. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6-10 years of experience in a brand management role. - Strong expertise in brand strategy, creative direction, and campaign management. - Proficiency in digital marketing and media channel understanding. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
