Job Description

Brand Catapult, a leading marketing and advertising company, is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving growth for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional looking to take their career to the next level and make a significant impact in the industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive and innovative marketing programs across multiple channels.
Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and trends and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
Ensure that all branding initiatives are consistent with the company's brand values, messaging, and visual identity.
Lead the development and execution of effective communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
Plan and manage budgets for assigned projects and campaigns.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Advertising.
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in brand management and marketing in an Advertising Agency.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding strategies.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment.
Ability to analyze market research data and draw insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing software tools.
