Lead Role: 7-12 years -20 positions

Strong Excel (Pro level), Rebate/Incentive knowledge, and Analytical Skills

  • Essential Job Functions:

    Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. The team helps assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run a collaborative sales and support roles.
  • A set of techniques and processes that support defining a pricing strategy, creating a pricing model, and ensuring differentiated value for the opportunity pursuit.
  • A Sales Incentives Management Specialist is responsible for Implementing, and administring sales incentive programs, and accurately calculate commissions by analyzing sales data, collaborating with client, and monitoring program effectiveness.
  • Incentive Planning:
  • Work with the Client Sales Leadership team to define the objectives, incentive plans and strategy.
  • Incentive
  • Plan Implementation:
  • Implement the client provided plan and maintain sales incentive plans, including metrics, targets, payout structures, and performance thresholds, considering different sales channels and product lines.
  • Data Analysis:
  • Collect, analyze sales data to assess sales performance against targets, identify trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing incentive plans.
  • Sales Alignment:
  • Collaborate with client to ensure incentive plans are aligned with overall business goals and sales strategies.
  • Communication and Training:
  • Clearly communicate incentive plan details to sales teams, provide training on program mechanics, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Track sales performance against incentive plan metrics and publish.
  • Compliance Management:
  • Ensure all incentive programs comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and legal standards as shared by the client
  • System Administration:
  • Manage the sales incentive calculation system, ensuring accurate data input and timely commission payouts.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, and sales operations to ensure smooth implementation and administration of incentive programs
  • Qualifications

    :Skill required: Incentive Compensation & Trade Promotion - Pricing & Profitability Optimization
  • Education:Any Graduation
  • Years of Experience:5 to 8 years
  • Required:Proven experience in sales operations within a BPO environment, ideally with expertise in managing large sales teams and complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to analyse data from various reports and provide insights Should have experience working with large datasets
  • Sales Knowledge:
  • Understanding of sales processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales methodologies.
  • Compensation Implementation:
  • Expertise in implementing and structuring sales incentive plans, including commission structures and performance-based rewards.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in data analysis tools, CRM systems, and sales incentive management software.
  • Project Management:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.

  • Advance excel- pro level (Mandatory) (Vlookup, hlookup, pivot, conutif, sumif)
  • Concept and understanding of rebate OR incentive
  • Types of Rebate (Discount, coupons)
  • instant and mail-in rebates, cashback, tax rebates, delivery rebates, vendor or manufacturer rebates, volume rebates, loyalty rebates, and growth or retention rebates
  • Good rebate Calculation- good with numbers
  • Forecasting, budgeting, accrual budget part, FPNA, payment reconciliation, dispute management, compliance management , excel dashboard, claims
  • Industry- Corporate , FMCG, Retail
  • NO- banking sector, bank reconciliation

Responsibilities:

Manage Rebate Types: Discounts, Coupons, Cashbacks, Volume Rebates, etc.

Forecasting & Budgeting: FPNA support, accrual budgets

Payment Reconciliation: Accurate payments, dispute resolution

Excel Dashboarding: Advanced features (VLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIF)
