About the role

A successful

Sales Program Manage

r is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong, analytical and interpersonal skills. They play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of the sales process and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. The profile requires high proficiency with data handling and presentation of data/statistics.

Responsibilities

Data Analytics:

- Lead cross-functional teams in program execution, leveraging advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.

- Conduct in-depth data analyses using Excel and other tools to track program metrics, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.

- Develop a deep understanding of operational processes, systems, and workflows to ensure seamless integration and efficiency across projects.

- Create and maintain complex Excel models for forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to align with program goals.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data insights, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements based on analytical findings.

Data Management:

- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify trends.

- Do market study/research to understand new trends and opportunity domain as per market knowledge.

Communication:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer needs, order status, and other relevant information.

-Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, promotions and joint PR with clients.

Problem Solving:

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to sales operations.

- Collaborate with various departments to find solutions to challenges that may arise.

Location commitments

Employment type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Open

Working days: Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays

Candidate requirements

Experience: 5-7 Years

Skills required: High proficiency with data handling and presentation of data/statistics

Education qualification: Post Graduate or MBA in relevant field.
