Role summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.


Detailed Responsibilities

Learning & Development:

·      Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

·      Conduct training needs analysis and create development plans.

·      Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness.

Organizational Development:

·      Develop and implement organizational development strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

·      Facilitate change management initiatives and organizational interventions.

·      Support the development of a high-performance culture.

Recruitment:

·      Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

·      Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

·      Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements.

HRMS (Human Resource Management System):

·      Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Head Office HRMS.

·      Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRMS.

·      Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.

PMS (Performance Management System):

·      Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.

·      Develop and implement performance improvement plans.

·      Ensure alignment of individual performance with organizational goals.

Psychometric Testing:

·       Administer and interpret psychometric tests to support recruitment and development processes.

·      Provide insights and recommendations based on test results.

Policies, Audits and Compliance Management:

·      Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

·      Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

·      Ensure all HR activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

·      Implement corrective actions as needed to address compliance issues.

Cultural Creation and Enhancement:

·      Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

·      Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

·      Promote company values and culture throughout the organization.

·      Promote a culture of “My Success, My Responsibility.”

·      Develop and implement rewards and recognition programs.

Succession Planning:

·      Develop and implement succession planning strategies.

·      Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.

·      Ensure continuity of leadership and critical roles within the organization.

HR Strategy Development:

·      Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

·      Provide strategic HR support to senior management.

·      Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies.

Professionalism and Confidentiality:

·      Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in all HR matters.

·      Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Attention to Detail:

·      Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all HR processes and documentation.

·      Conduct thorough reviews and audits to maintain high standards.

Employee Relations:

·      Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

·      Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

Workplace Investigations:

·      Conduct thorough and impartial workplace investigations.

·      Document findings and recommend appropriate actions.

Vendor Management:

·      Manage relationships with HR vendors and service providers.

·      Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.

·      Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Recruitment Consultant Management:

·      Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure effective hiring processes.

·      Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruitment consultants.

·      Provide feedback and guidance to improve recruitment outcomes.

Streamlining Admin Management:

·      Oversee administrative functions related to HR.

·      Implement processes to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.

·      Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative duties.

Leadership Retreats:

·      Organize and facilitate leadership retreats to define the organization’s vision using experiential learning metaphors.

·      Lead discussions on “What got us here and where do we go now” (5W+1H: What, Where, Why, When, Who, and How).

·      Develop plans for a more hands-on approach by the directors.

Involvement of Hi-Pot Managers:

·      Involve high-potential managers in leadership retreats to build competencies.

·      Build the foundation of the HR action plan in line with the vision.

Employee Retention:

·      Develop and implement strategies to retain employees.

·      Conduct competency assessments to identify and address skill gaps.

Talent Pipeline:

·      Create a strong talent pipeline to achieve the organization’s vision.

·      Develop a strategic framework for succession and career planning.

·      Build a pipeline for “Ready Now” and “Ready Later” culture.

Scientific Hiring Process:

·      Design a scientific hiring process (Competency-Based Interviewing - CBI) and train all managers.

·      Ensure the hiring process is efficient and effective.

New Hire Onboarding (NHOP):

·      Set up a new hire onboarding program using the NHOP 1-7-30-60-90 model.

·      Ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.

Monthly MIS and Analytics:

·      Prepare and present monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and analytics.

·      Use data to drive HR decisions and strategies.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Additional Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience with psychometric testing and interpretation.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
