Human Resource Manager

Minimum 10 years of work experience as an HR Manager, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
· Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
· Conduct training needs analysis and create development plans.
· Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness.
· Develop and implement organizational development strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· Facilitate change management initiatives and organizational interventions.

· Administer and interpret psychometric tests to support recruitment and development processes.

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
