Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Palwal. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading recruitment, onboarding processes, and implementing HR policies. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, developing training programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture. Additionally, the individual will oversee performance management, handle disciplinary actions, and create strategies to improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
• Knowledge and experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and HR Policies
• Ability to develop and implement Training Programs and Performance Management systems
• Familiarity with Labor Laws, Compliance, and Compensation & Benefits administration
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with teams
• Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Experience in the retail or manufacturing industry is advantageous

Palwal- 5 days a week work and pick and drop from Sarai metro station
