Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head - Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe located in Faridabad. The Business Head will oversee day-to-day operations, strategize business growth, manage client relationships, and lead a team to achieve sales and operational targets. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, coordinating with the production team, budgeting, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in business development and client relationship management
• Proficiency in strategic planning and budgeting
• Knowledge of modular kitchen and wardrobe industry trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the retail fit-outs and marketing communications industry is a plus
