We employ a dedicated workforce of over 175 employees. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head - Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe located in Faridabad. The Business Head will oversee day-to-day operations, strategize business growth, manage client relationships, and lead a team to achieve sales and operational targets. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, coordinating with the production team, budgeting, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in business development and client relationship management Proficiency in strategic planning and budgeting Knowledge of modular kitchen and wardrobe industry trends and best practices Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the retail fit-outs and marketing communications industry is a plus
