🏢 HR Manager - Real Estate (End-to-End HR Operations) We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to oversee complete HR functions for our real estate firm. The role requires strong expertise in hiring for specialized real estate roles, including Sales, CRM, and Project Site Teams. Core Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Plan and execute full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Field Executives, Telecallers, CRM, Admin, and Site Staff. Manage sourcing, interviewing, offers, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline. Performance & Engagement: Create and monitor KPIs/Targets (especially for Sales). Manage probation, appraisals, employee queries, and implement culture-building/training programs. HR Operations & Compliance: Manage onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and coordinate payroll processing with the Accounts team. Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance. Required: Proven HR Management experience, specifically hiring for Real Estate roles. Strong knowledge of compliance, performance management, and HR operations.
