Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: Guwahati & North Eastern India Reports To: Head of Commercial Operations (or equivalent senior leader) About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic, multi‑talented professional who can drive growth across our portfolio. This position blends creative market‑facing initiatives with rigorous relationship management and strategic prospecting. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑moving environments, balances short‑term revenue targets with long‑term partnership building, and enjoys turning insights into actionable plans. Key Responsibilities: • Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas for assigned territories or product lines. • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and negotiations with prospects. • Prepare compelling proposals, contracts, and pricing structures. • Track pipeline health in CRM and forecast revenue accurately. • Collaborate with the sales & marketing support team to translate campaigns into lead‑generation assets (email sequences, landing pages, webinars). • Provide field feedback on messaging, positioning, and creative assets. • Run localized promotions, events, and webinars to nurture leads. • Analyse campaign performance (CTR, conversion, ROI) and iterate. • Own post‑sale relationships for a portfolio of key accounts. • Conduct regular business reviews, upsell/cross‑sell where appropriate, and ensure renewal success. • Serve as the primary point of contact for issue escalation, reporting to the client and coordinating internal resources to resolve client concerns swiftly. • Capture customer insights to inform product roadmap and service improvements. • Identify new market segments, verticals, and partnership opportunities. • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, resellers, and strategic allies. • Lead joint‑go‑to‑market initiatives with partners, co‑creating value propositions. • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to uncover growth levers. • Work closely with product, finance, legal, and support teams to align on pricing, compliance, and delivery. • Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, onboarding material, and training sessions for junior staff. • Produce weekly/monthly dashboards covering sales metrics, marketing ROI, account health, and pipeline status. • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership for strategic decision‑making. Required Skills & Experience • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, account management, or business development (preferably within safety, security and surveillance or high‑growth sectors). • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and managing enterprise‑level accounts. • Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms. • Comfortable with data‑driven decision‑making; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, basic analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI). • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft persuasive pitches and clear client documentation. • Skilled presenter, comfortable speaking to C‑suite audiences and large groups. • Ability to balance short‑term sales pressure with long‑term partnership cultivation. • Insightful market researcher who can spot trends and translate them into actionable strategies. • Relationship‑builder with high emotional intelligence; adept at navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems. • Collaborative mindset—works effectively across functions and geographies. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (BBA or equivalent preferred).
