Job Title: Odoo Developer (Fresher / Certified)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Odoo Developer to join our team. This position is ideal for freshers with some hands-on experience or certified Odoo developers who are passionate about ERP systems and business process automation. The candidate should have a solid understanding of the Odoo framework and be capable of handling customization, integration, implementation, and migration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules using the Odoo framework.
• Understand client business processes and provide tailored ERP solutions.
• Perform end-to-end implementation of Odoo including setup, configuration, and deployment.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Migrate data and workflows from legacy systems to Odoo.
• Work on backend development using Python and PostgreSQL, and frontend components using JavaScript, XML, and QWeb.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing Odoo implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech/B.E./MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: Fresher with internship/project experience or Certified Odoo Developer.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong working knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Odoo ORM, models, views, workflows, and security.
• Understanding of business domains such as Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting, etc.
• Experience with Odoo implementation, integration, customization, and migration.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo Certification (v16 or above).
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and server deployment.
• Exposure to Agile development practices.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
