Job Title: Customer Support cum Payment Collection Executive Location: Ulubari, Guwahati, Assam Company: Business Equipment Engineers Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and consistent individual to join our team as a Customer Support cum Payment Collection Executive. This role involves managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring timely payment follow-ups — all from the office, with no field visits or travel required. The ideal candidate should be soft-spoken, yet firm when necessary, and fluent in English, Hindi, Assamese, and Bengali. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Address and resolve customer queries related to products, services, and billing. Follow up with clients for pending payments in a courteous yet effective manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses. Coordinate with internal teams for invoice generation and account reconciliation. Ensure consistent communication and relationship-building with clients. Uphold a polite and respectful tone while being assertive when required. Requirements: Married female residing near Ulubari preferred. Educational Qualification: Graduation (mandatory). Experience: Prior experience in BPO, call centre, or payment collection preferred Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, Assamese, and Bengali. Prior experience in customer service or payment collection is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, e-mail handling, ERP software). Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations professionally. Self-motivated, reliable, and consistent in work performance. Work Conditions: Office-based role – No travel or field visits required. Fixed working hours with occasional flexibility if needed.
