Roles & Responsibilities: Sales & CRM Coordination Manage Zoho CRM : lead tracking, pipeline updates, sales activity logging, and reporting Coordinate with the sales team and ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads Assist the Director in daily sales team management , ensuring alignment on goals, lead status, and follow-ups Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports , including funnel and conversion metrics Participate in customer meetings, product demos, and post-sales engagement when required Pre-Sales & Lead Management Conduct pre-sales qualification and validation of leads to ensure sales-readiness Work closely with digital marketing and sales teams to nurture leads from generation to conversion Support quotation preparation, sample dispatch coordination, and customer documentation Marketing Support Collaborate with the digital marketing team to generate, segment, and target leads Support and oversee LinkedIn marketing efforts , including outreach, content sharing, and connection management Assist in planning local campaigns, event participation, and brand awareness initiatives Customer Success & Relationship Management Handle customer satisfaction follow-ups , capture feedback, and identify upsell opportunities Maintain long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure seamless execution of orders Qualifications: Graduate in any stream (Science or Engineering preferred) 3+ years experience in inside sales , CRM coordination , or B2B industrial product sales Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar platforms, and MS Excel / Google Sheets Excellent communication in English and Tamil; strong interpersonal skills Experience in sales team coordination and lead lifecycle management Familiarity with LinkedIn for B2B outreach and digital collaboration tools is a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across sales and marketing functions Employment Details: Role: Sales Manager Inside Sales & Marketing Coordination Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: Chennai Office Compensation: Based on experience and skill set

Roles & Responsibilities: Google Ads & Lead Generation Plan, execute, and optimize Google PPC campaigns focused on qualified B2B lead generation Monitor campaign performance through Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console Manage Google Display Network (GDN) ads and remarketing campaigns targeting industrial users Conduct keyword research , competitor analysis, and bid strategy optimization SEO & Analytics Improve website rankings and visibility through on-page and off-page SEO Use tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console for tracking and optimization Generate and analyze traffic reports, goal conversions, and performance metrics Content Creation & AI-Enabled Promotion Design and develop ad creatives including text, image, and short-form video content using tools like Canva, Adobe tools, or AI platforms Leverage ChatGPT or other AI tools to craft marketing content, email campaigns, and SEO-rich website/blog articles Help plan and execute YouTube and LinkedIn marketing campaigns including paid and organic outreach Execute email campaigns.
