Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Google Ads & Lead Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    Google PPC campaigns

    focused on qualified B2B lead generation
  • Monitor campaign performance through

    Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console

  • Manage

    Google Display Network (GDN)

    ads and remarketing campaigns targeting industrial users
  • Conduct

    keyword research

    , competitor analysis, and bid strategy optimization

SEO & Analytics

  • Improve website rankings and visibility through

    on-page and off-page SEO

  • Use tools like

    SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console

    for tracking and optimization
  • Generate and analyze traffic reports, goal conversions, and performance metrics

Content Creation & AI-Enabled Promotion

  • Design and develop ad creatives including

    text, image, and short-form video content

    using tools like Canva, Adobe tools, or AI platforms
  • Leverage

    ChatGPT or other AI tools

    to craft marketing content, email campaigns, and SEO-rich website/blog articles
  • Help plan and execute

    YouTube and LinkedIn marketing campaigns

    including paid and organic outreach
  • Execute email campaigns.

Coordination & Strategy Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to

    align campaigns with product goals and lead quality expectations

  • Support leadership with

    monthly reports, insights, and recommendations

    for budget utilization and ROI improvement
  • Maintain campaign calendar and coordinate on website updates, landing pages, and digital assets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or equivalent field
  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in

    Google Ads/PPC

    campaigns for lead generation
  • Certification in

    Google Ads (Search & Display), SEO, or Digital Marketing

    is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and PPC tools
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Marketing.
  • Ability to write and design ad creatives using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
  • Strong understanding of

    B2B marketing dynamics

    and ability to align with sales goals
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube marketing is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho CRM is a bonus
