Senior Specialist

who combines

product management expertise

operational excellence capabilities

. This role will drive product operations for key platforms, lead demos and roadshows, manage change and training programs, and design governance processes that enable visibility, adoption, and continuous improvement across MI Technology’s portfolio.You will operate at the intersection of

product lifecycle management

and

business operations

, ensuring smooth rollouts, stakeholder enablement, and process standardization. This is an

individual contributor role

with high visibility and potential to evolve into a leadership position as the function scales.

Responsibilities And Impact

Product Management & Operations

  • Manage product lifecycle for internal platforms (e.g., BOBI, reporting tools), ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Coordinate release management: scope, timelines, release notes, stakeholder communications, and post-release validation.
  • Run demos, roadshows, and training sessions; maintain user guides and quick-start materials.
  • Operate structured feedback loops (surveys, intake forms, backlog triage) and translate input into actionable enhancements.
  • Track adoption and usage metrics; highlight trends and opportunities to improve user experience.

Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Define and maintain standards for portfolio and program data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Establish and enforce policies for time tracking and compliance monitoring.
  • Deliver integrated dashboards and scorecards for leadership insights on portfolio health and resource allocation.
  • Run governance forums, maintain decision logs, and ensure adherence to operating rhythms.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, process refinement, and stakeholder engagement.

Change Management & Enablement

  • Lead change management for new processes and tools, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained adoption.
  • Build and maintain a community of practice to drive standards and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years in product management, product operations, or business operations within a technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management principles, agile practices, and change management.
  • Proven ability to run demos, training, and adoption programs.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI preferred) and backlog management (Azure DevOps or similar).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Exposure to AI-based tools such as Copilot and Spark, with practical usage in day-to-day work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with PPM/ALM tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) and integration patterns.
  • Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence disciplines.
