Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager in the Business Experimentation Product Management team at Mastercard, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the Test & Learn product, an analytic platform used by the world's largest organizations to make significant decisions. Your role will involve deriving product strategy from user research, market trends, customer pain points, and commercial priorities to create an actionable roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems, define use cases, design solutions, write requirements, support development and testing, and measure impact to drive future decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop product strategy based on user research, market trends, and customer pain points - Translate user insights into an actionable roadmap using research data and market expertise - Lead end-to-end feature development including problem identification, use case definition, solution design, requirement writing, development support, and impact measurement - Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and other product managers to enhance products Qualifications Required: - Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams like engineers, designers, sales, marketing, and users - Quick learner with strong multitasking skills and a proactive decision-making approach - Proficient in strategic thinking to translate product vision into a roadmap - Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to balance competing needs and prioritize effectively - Strong professional presence with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role or equivalent Additional Company Details: Mastercard emphasizes the importance of information security for every individual working for or on behalf of the organization.
