EV Charger Commissioning Perform pre-installation checks and commission EV chargers at customer sites. Ensure correct configuration, calibration, and successful startup. 2. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, power electronics, and communication interfaces. Provide timely and effective support to reduce charger downtime. 3. Firmware Updates Execute firmware upgrades as per OEM guidelines. Verify installation of the latest software versions and ensure proper functionality. 4. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Carry out routine preventive maintenance to ensure performance, uptime, and reliability. Perform corrective maintenance in case of operational faults or component failures. 5. EV Charger Servicing Replace faulty modules, components, consumables, and accessories as required. Maintain accurate documentation of all service and repair activities. 6. Spares Management & Support Manage, track, and replace spare parts used during field activities. Coordinate with the spares/warehouse team for timely availability of parts. 7. Remote / Online Support Provide remote assistance for basic troubleshooting and customer guidance.
