AG Group is a corporation organized under the Laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. It has been in operation since April 1997. Is engaged in the services of electrical, instrumentation and control systems. The group’s members have over 70 years of combined experience in the instrumentation and control systems industry. AG’squality services are unmatched in the industry. Our experience encompasses all the aspects of the Instrumentation field, from the conceptual design through installation, start-up and validation. An important aspect of our business model is the close alliance with our customers and the main process control system suppliers. We have formal Master Service Agreement (MSA) with our customers and are Valued-Added and / or certified System Integrators for prestigious Process Control Manufacturers. These relationships allow to quickly reach the latest automation development tools available in the market, which in turn will permit our group to provide to our customers’ a premier system support. AG is sponsored by Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) and identified as a Critical Supplier for the industrial Biopharma Ecosystem. Our main market is the life science and pharmaceutical industry, representing 60% to 70%, followed by public utilities with 10% to 25%. The remaining market is divided between food and beverage, construction companies, and architectural and engineering design firms (A&E). AG typical industrial project is 50% electrical installation (conduit and wires), 30% instrumentation (instruments, wires termination and calibration) and 20% Control Panels fabrication and Calibration services. AG group headquarters are located at the Minillas Industrial Park in Bayamon, PR. Also, we have satellite offices at project sites. On Y2004 Asdrubal Galloza, PE became the sole owner of AG Group, Inc. On Y2015 Jose L. Carrasquillo became new partner and Vice President.
