Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at our company, you will be responsible for owning the product vision, strategy, and execution of our HR-focused solutions. Your primary goal will be to create a consumer-like experience that simplifies insurance and healthcare administration for businesses while also freeing up mental space for HR teams. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the strategic product roadmap, ensuring a balance between customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. - Develop and implement product processes and systems for effective performance management and reporting. - Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand both explicit and latent needs in the HR administration space. - Collaborate with high-performing engineering teams to ensure scalable, quality software delivery. - Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics after launch by integrating behavior data and customer feedback. - Make strategic decisions across multiple domains, from insurance contracts to user experience, to ensure efficient team progress. - Author and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for complex features. - Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation within the HR Experience pod. Qualifications: - Required Experience: 6+ years of product management experience. - Bonus Points: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
