Role: Salesforce Expert/Salesforce Architect Key Responsibilities : Salesforce Administration: Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. Customization & Configuration: Develop custom objects, workflows, process automation, validation rules, and reports. Development & Integration: Implement Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components as needed. Data Management : Ensure data integrity, deduplication, and optimization within Salesforce. Business Process Optimization: Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize Salesforce to improve efficiency. Third-Party Integrations: Connect Salesforce with external applications using APIs and middleware. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing system maintenance, issue resolution, and user training. Upgrades & Enhancements: Stay updated with new Salesforce features and implement relevant improvements. Required Qualifications & Skills: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components). Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and best practices. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and database management within Salesforce. Familiarity with MuleSoft, ETL tools, or other integration platforms is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvements. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to system enhancements. Education & Experience: ·Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. ·10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, development, and integration. ·Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Architect) are preferred.
