Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the

  architectural vision and technical roadmap

  for the MES/MOM domain.
• Design

  scalable, robust, and future-ready

  technical solutions within a complex IT landscape.
• Ensure MES/MOM solutions are designed and delivered in alignment with defined architecture standards and strategic direction.
• Collaborate closely with

  Solution Architects, Business Architects, Developers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Line Managers, Product Owners,

  and other

  Software Architects

  .
• Work with

  IT Infrastructure

  and other key stakeholders to secure the overall IT architecture supporting MES/MOM solutions.
• Engage with

  end-to-end development teams

  to support, run, and maintain MES/MOM solutions across value streams.
• Create and maintain

  architectural models

  , including multiple views at different levels of complexity depending on audience and needs.
• Contribute to the

  continuous improvement

  of the MES/MOM architecture by adopting modern tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide clear

  communication, documentation, and presentations

  to convey architectural recommendations and guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 14–16 years of overall IT experience

  , with strong exposure to MES/MOM architecture.
• Experience working with

  MES platforms such as Apriso

  or similar platforms (highly meritorious).
• Strong understanding of the industrial IT ecosystem, including

  ERP, IIoT, SCADA

  , and their integration with MES/MOM.
• Deep knowledge of

  MESA models

  and industry standards such as

  ISA95

  .
• Understanding of

  Industry 4.0

  trends and their impact on industrial IT architecture.
• Proven experience in

  architectural modeling

  , creating & maintaining technical roadmaps, and developing solution blueprints.
• Strong background in

  architecture design

  , including conceptual, logical, and physical solutions.
• Ability to develop multiple architectural views, from simple to complex, tailored to various audiences.
• Experience working in

  Agile environments

  (SCRUM/Kanban).
• Excellent

  communication and presentation skills

  in English to effectively convey architectural insights and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Experience in large-scale manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Certifications related to

  Architecture (TOGAF), MES

  , or Agile methodologies.
