Job Description

As an experienced professional with 12 years or more of experience, your role will involve understanding the business, assisting in product and service prioritization, developing engagement plans, and supporting the overall IT strategy aligned with the business strategy. You will be accountable for the success of engagements, encompassing products, people, stakeholders, and systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating and addressing customer needs to deliver outstanding customer experiences - Adapt your behavioral style to achieve goals, learn from experiences, and adjust working style as needed - Understand stakeholders" business issues and underlying needs to deliver solutions effectively - Communicate transparently and confidently with stakeholders to positively impact their actions and decisions - Drive, develop, and motivate team members to achieve individual and organizational goals - Enhance stakeholder and customer value by improving business processes, project governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams - Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing and new customers, articulating value propositions and converting sales effectively - Engage with customers, understand their specific needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs - Drive business/account financials by setting and monitoring revenue targets, delivering projects as planned, and ensuring timely revenue realization - Build sustainable business relationships with key accounts and customers, proposing innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase business opportunities In your role, you will be responsible for: **Client Support & Relationship Management:** - Assist the Account Manager in daily client interactions - Respond promptly to client inquiries and escalate issues as necessary - Support in scheduling and preparing for client meetings, including agenda creation and follow-up notes **Opportunity Identification:** - Research client accounts for upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Monitor client needs and market trends to suggest relevant IT solutions or services - Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents **Engagement Coordination:** - Coordinate IT service delivery by liaising between the client and internal delivery teams - Gather and convey client feedback on ongoing projects or services **Operational Support:** - Maintain and update the opportunity pipeline in a timely manner using Kytes and related tools - Liaise with internal teams on operational issues - Coordinate logistics for client visits, events, and virtual meetings - Help organize internal and client-facing workshops or training sessions **Qualifications Required:** - Business development/engagement management experience in Engineering, R&D, PLM, CAD/M would be preferred This summary of the job description outlines your role in driving successful engagements, managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, coordinating engagements, and providing operational support in a dynamic business environment.,
