Job Description - Engagement Manager Job Title: Engagement Manager Location: Delhi NCR  Employment Type: Full-time KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Thorough knowledge of Edufront’s offerings,  an ability to articulate and present all aspects of these offerings An ability to make proposals  Principals Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with school principals. Regularly engage with principals to understand their satisfaction levels and address their concerns or feedback. Ensure that principals are well-informed about our organization's activities and initiatives. School Visits: Conduct at least one school visit per day (as required) to stay connected with the schools in the region. Interact with teachers and students during visits to ensure they understand the services we provide and feel engaged with our programs. Reporting and Documentation: Create structured reports detailing interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels of principals and school staff. Maintain accurate records of all visits and communications with schools. Foresight and Challenges: Anticipate challenges that schools may face and proactively offer solutions or support. Stay updated on the educational landscape to understand evolving needs and trends in the region. Resource Identification: Identify resource requirements for schools and gather feedback from teachers and principals on what they need. Collaborate with the organization to allocate necessary resources and support as required. Expansion Efforts: Contribute to the organization's expansion plans in Jammu by identifying potential schools for partnership. Assist in acquiring the resources needed to extend our reach to more schools in the region. Key Requirements: Experience: Experience in the education sector. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to train the teachers, overseeing STEM education, creating performance reports for stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree. Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Technical / Digital Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides). Experience using CRM systems or monitoring dashboards for reporting and data tracking. Familiarity with STEM, EdTech, or digital learning platforms is an advantage. Core Professional Skills: Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication. Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
