The selected professional will design and execute high-impact social media fundraising campaigns, leveraging crowdfunding platforms and donor networks. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end social media campaigns for fundraising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter). Partner with donation platforms such as Give India, Milaap, Ketto, Global Giving. Create compelling campaign narratives, videos, and digital content to drive donor engagement. Build and manage relationships with CSR teams, philanthropies, and HNIs. Track campaign performance and optimize ROI. Provide transparent donor reporting and impact updates. Required Experience: Prior experience with Give India or similar platforms is mandatory. Proven track record of raising ₹1 crore or more annually through online/digital campaigns. Strong skills in social media marketing, donor engagement, and storytelling. Ability to design campaign strategies, creatives, and digital funnels. Excellent communication and presentation skills. School Visits: Conduct at least one school visit per day (as required) to stay connected with the schools in the region. Interact with teachers and students during visits to ensure they understand the services we provide and feel engaged with our programs. Reporting and Documentation: Create structured reports detailing interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels of principals and school staff. Maintain accurate records of all visits and communications with schools. Foresight and Challenges: Anticipate challenges that schools may face and proactively offer solutions or support.
