We are looking for a Fundraising & Social Media Campaigns Specialist to lead our online donation drives aimed at school modernization projects. Role Overview. The selected professional will design and execute high-impact social media fundraising campaigns, leveraging crowdfunding platforms and donor networks. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully raised large-scale funds before and wants to grow with a mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end social media campaigns for fundraising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter). Partner with donation platforms such as Give India, Milaap, Ketto, Global Giving. Create compelling campaign narratives, videos, and digital content to drive donor engagement. Build and manage relationships with CSR teams, philanthropies, and HNIs. Track campaign performance and optimize ROI. Provide transparent donor reporting and impact updates. Required Experience: Prior experience with Give India or similar platforms is mandatory. Proven track record of raising ₹1 crore or more annually through online/digital campaigns. Strong skills in social media marketing, donor engagement, and storytelling. Ability to design campaign strategies, creatives, and digital funnels. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for education and school modernization. Engagement Model: This role is on an incentive based.
