Role Overview: We are looking for a creative, analytical, and digitally savvy Social Media Executive & Manager to manage and grow our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of storytelling, design sensibility, and strategic communication—translating our mission and projects into engaging digital narratives that build awareness, engagement, and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creation
Develop and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with organizational campaigns and milestones.
Conceptualize, write, and design high-impact posts, reels, stories, and video content.
Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
Create PPTs, Reports as per the requirement.
2. Channel Management
Manage and update official pages on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Schedule and publish posts using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
Respond to messages, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
3. Analytics & Insights
Track audience growth, reach, and engagement using platform analytics.
Generate monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
Optimize campaigns based on analytics and trends.
4. Collaboration & Campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams for visual and content inputs (design, PR, events, etc.).
Support live coverage of events, workshops, and launches.
5. Brand Development
Stay updated on emerging trends, hashtags, and platform updates.
Experiment with new content formats (polls, reels, shorts, carousels).
Ensure compliance with brand and communication guidelines.
Key Performance Indicators
Follower Growth – Target: ≥ 50% monthly increase across platforms
Engagement Rate – Target: ≥ 5% per post (average likes, comments, shares, saves)
Content Output – Target: 4–5 high-quality posts per week per platform
Response Time – Target: ≤ 24 hours to audience comments or DMs
Video Performance – Target: ≥ 2K average views per reel/short within 1 week
Campaign ROI – Target: Achievement of campaign goals (reach, traffic, sign-ups)
Reporting – Target: Submission of monthly analytics reports by 5th of each month
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven 2–4 years of experience managing multi-platform social media accounts.
Proficiency in Canva, MS Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Express, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics Tools.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Hindi proficiency desirable).
Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to tell stories through media.
Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, and paid promotion basics.
