Role & responsibilities

Content & Strategy

• Plan and execute

  social media strategies

  aligned with brand goals.
• Manage daily operations of all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
  
• Develop

  monthly content calendars

  , ensuring a balance of brand storytelling, product promotion, and engagement content.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for visuals, copy, and creatives.
  
• Analyze competitors and market trends to improve brand visibility.
  

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  paid campaigns

  on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Manage

  budget allocation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ROI tracking

  .
• Monitor campaign performance and generate analytical reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  
• Work closely with e-commerce and marketing teams to drive traffic, conversions, and brand growth.
  

Brand Growth & Analytics

• Measure KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROAS.
  
• Suggest and implement new strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  
• Stay updated with latest trends in social media tools, algorithms, and advertising techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in

  Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

  .
• 2–6 years of experience in

  social media management & performance marketing

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools

  .
• Proven experience in

  content planning, paid ad management, and campaign optimization

  .
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  
• Experience in

  home dcor / lifestyle / design industry

  (preferred but not mandatory).
