Interior Designer

Role Overview

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative interior environments aligned with our design philosophy and client needs. This role requires a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, schematic layouts, and detailed design documentation.
• Create mood boards, color schemes, and material selections in line with the project brief.
• Produce technical drawings and 3D visualizations using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max/Revit.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and execution phases.
• Conduct site visits to oversee implementation and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Stay informed of emerging trends, materials, and industry innovations to enhance design solutions.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and documentation for assigned projects.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design or architectural interiors.
• Strong proficiency in design and drafting software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Revit, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent spatial planning, detailing, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of materials, lighting, furniture, and interior construction.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
