HR Policies & Compliance – Develop and implement policies aligned with company goals and labor laws. Employee Engagement & Culture Building – Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Performance Management & Training – Implement appraisal systems, career growth frameworks, and training programs. Payroll & Benefits Administration – Manage salaries, leaves, and employee benefits.
