Role & responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visuals based on client requirements.
  
• Prepare architectural drawings, detailed layouts, furniture placement, and working drawings.
  
• Space planning ensuring functional, aesthetic, and Vastu-compliant layouts (if applicable).
  
• Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, colors, and dcor elements.
  
• Ensure design feasibility considering budget, timeline, and technical constraints.
  

Client Coordination

• Meet clients to understand requirements and provide design presentations.
  
• Suggest innovative ideas, trends, and materials to enhance user experience.
  
• Provide regular updates to clients and handle design modifications when needed.
  

Project Execution & Site Management

• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and costing for interior projects.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and execution team for timely project delivery.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to design intent.
  
• Resolve site-level issues and ensure smooth execution.
  

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, joinery, electrical and plumbing layouts, and material knowledge.
  
• Ability to create 3D walkthroughs, renders, and conceptual designs.
