Locations: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad Position Overview As a Regional Manager (Sales), you will spearhead sales initiatives for our luxury timber solutions in your region, building partnerships with top architects, interior designers, and HNI clients. This role involves identifying and converting high-potential leads, achieving sales targets, and solidifying the companys reputation as the go-to provider for premium residential solutions. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base, focusing on HNIs, luxury residences, and premium projects. 1. Strategic Partnerships Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry stakeholders to create a steady pipeline of high-value leads. Represent the company at key networking events, fostering collaborations and enhancing brand visibility. Client Consultation & Negotiation Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and recommending tailored solutions. Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and ensure seamless deal closures with favorable terms for both the client and the company. Product Expertise & Presentations Leverage in-depth product knowledge to present our luxury wood fenestration solutions to clients, highlighting the craftsmanship, sustainability, and unique value propositions of our products. Project Coordination Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Manage client expectations from initial consultation through project completion, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Sales Reporting & Forecasting Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress. Provide regular updates to Management regarding sales performance, market trends, existing challenges and opportunities. Market Intelligence Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the luxury residential sector. Provide insights to refine product positioning and offerings. Key Attributes Client-Centric: Skilled in understanding and delivering on client needs with a focus on luxury solutions. Results-Driven: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets. Strong Networker: Extensive connections with reputed architects, designers, and high-net-worth individuals. Luxury-Focused: Passion for high-end design, craftsmanship, and sustainability. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 10–15 years in sales, preferably in luxury building materials, fenestration systems, or bespoke construction. Experience in the fenestration or wood products industry is highly advantageous. Education: Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM) from a top-tier business school. Background in architecture, engineering, or construction is an added advantage. Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals. Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of luxury wood products, including windows, doors, and custom wood homes. Understanding of design trends, construction processes, and sustainability in building materials is beneficial.
