Engagement Manager

As a Project Manager, your role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing project delivery processes, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting. Effective coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is key to ensuring successful project delivery. Providing regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders, managing project risks and issues, and acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries are essential tasks. Additionally, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring governance and compliance with internal processes and quality standards are part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction - Manage project delivery processes, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting - Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Provide regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders - Manage and escalate project risks and issues for timely resolution - Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with sales team - Ensure governance and compliance with internal processes and quality standards Qualifications Required: - BE + MBA (full-time) from premium institutes - Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and customer interfacing - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks and issues - Excellent leadership and organizational skills to motivate cross-functional communication - Attention to detail and strong documentation skills to create and maintain project plans, proposals, and reports - Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs to identify new business opportunities,
