Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rewards and Loyalty professional at QualityKiosk Technologies in Mumbai. The role involves developing and managing rewards and loyalty programs, analyzing customer data, monitoring program performance, and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications

•  We are looking for candidate in Banking Domain with exp into Rewards bonus points and loyalty bonus points.
• Should have experience and Knowledge in Loyalty and Rewards roducts Working experience as a software tester Knowledge of various QA methodologies and testing technique.
• Hands on experience in web testing & app testing Knowledge of agile framework Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to review requirements, specifications and design doc and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Ability to identify, report or track bugs. API, Kibana & mongoDb
