As a full-time on-site Rewards and Loyalty professional at QualityKiosk Technologies in Mumbai, your role will involve developing and managing rewards and loyalty programs, analyzing customer data, monitoring program performance, and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage rewards and loyalty programs - Analyze customer data to optimize programs - Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments - Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention Qualifications: - Experience in Banking Domain with expertise in Rewards bonus points and loyalty bonus points - Knowledge in Loyalty and Rewards products - Working experience as a software tester - Knowledge of various QA methodologies and testing techniques - Hands-on experience in web testing & app testing - Knowledge of agile framework - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to review requirements, specifications, and design docs to prepare test scenarios and test cases - Ability to identify, report, or track bugs - Familiarity with API, Kibana & MongoDB,
