We @quality Kiosk are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 7–10 years of experience in the banking domain, specializing in retail internet banking and corporate banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reviewing test cases, validating functional requirements, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions If you are interested in pursuing this opportunity please share your resume @ prajakta.talele-qkct@qualitykiosk.com Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements Review and validate test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of functional requirements Work closely with QA teams to ensure test scenarios align with business expectations Analyze existing banking processes and systems to identify areas for improvement Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and signoffs with business and technical teams Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating test results and resolving discrepancies Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in banking applications Create and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and traceability matrices Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery Required Skills & Qualifications: 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain. Strong understanding of retail internet banking and corporate banking workflows Experience in reviewing test cases and validating functional requirements Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is a plus Show more Show less
