Business Analyst

Ensuring Data ingestion and quality whilst building synergies with existing business processes o Active tracking and governance of data quality & flow across company tech stack; ensuring accuracy and timely ingestion for subsequent analytics o Leverage existing reconciliation tools and reporting platforms for undertaking regular checks/clean ups as required o Regular tracking and follow up of data quality and timely action of requisite teams o Cross functional coordination for data ingestion and management reporting o Collate and management of both internal and external data for driving inputs for strategic considerations o Undertake & deliver recurring internal and external reporting requirements in liaison with both data providers and data consumers Drive Salesforce adoption o Work in close liaison with Internal business teams (Leasing, Asset Management & Finance) along with Internal IT and External Vendors in driving, tracking and troubleshooting Salesforce usage for daily operations o Gain end to end understanding of existing processes and provide bespoke solutions on ingestion of atypical deal scenarios within the implemented framework o Solve backwards from management reporting and analytics requirements Support new solutions and strategy o Undertake Enhancement and value additions in existing tools and business processes in integration across functions o Undertake value add services and enhancement in Salesforce platform to bring in efficiencies and align with evolving business practices o Support strategy team in deploying and developing new solutions/tools in integration with existing IT Infrastructure to improve process efficiencies and data accuracy o Undertaking bespoke industry data research requirements for strategy and thought leadership Internal & External Interactions Internal: Business teams - Leasing, Asset Management & Finance, Marketing, ESG, internal IT team External: Finance, IT Vendors and Market Research Education & Experience Requirement: Previous experience in commercial Real Estate and understanding of commercial lease terms with financial implications Understanding of Real Estate market research and data requirements.
Strong fundamental understanding of Commercial Real Estate data dynamics and ability to transpose and fulfil data requirements from strategic standpoint Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Proficiency in usage and development of IT platforms/tools viz. Salesforce, SAP and Power BI an added advantage Pro-active, ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and agile solution-oriented mindset
