Accounts Receivable & CollectionsOwn end-to-end collections for enterprise clientsFollow up professionally with CXOs, finance heads, and procurement teamsReduce DSO & improve cash conversion cyclesTrack and resolve disputes, deductions, and credit notesCirculate weekly reports on collections, ageing, cash position2. Audit & Statutory ComplianceEnsure full compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.Coordinate with auditors and consultants for monthly/annual filingsPrepare documentation for scrutiny, audits, and reviewsMaintain internal controls, reconciliations, and schedules3. Financial Reporting & ControlsPrepare MIS, financial statements, forecasts, and variance reportsSupport budgeting, strategic planning, and performance reviewsDesign SOPs for billing, expense management, and approvalsEnsure zero leakages and robust financial governance4. Cost Control & Resource OptimizationConduct expense analysis, benchmarking, and vendor evaluationsDrive cost savings without compromising business agilityMonitor and enforce budgets with internal stakeholdersTrack operational efficiency metrics5.
