Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager at GEOSMATIC COSMECEUTICALS & COSMOCARE PRIVATE LIMITED located in Pune. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, manage budgets, and provide strategic financial advice to the organization. Responsibilities include developing financial plans, analyzing financial performance, preparing detailed reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with decision-making for cost optimization and investment strategies. The role requires leading a finance team and coordinating cross-functional collaborations to implement effective financial practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Financial Analysis
• Proficiency in Accounting Software, Budgeting Tools, and Financial Reporting
• Strong understanding of Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Taxation, and Cash Flow Management
• Team Leadership and Collaboration skills, with experience in leading finance teams
• Critical Thinking, Problem-solving, and Decision-making capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with analytics tools
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and a professional finance qualification such as CA, CPA, or CMA
• Previous experience in a senior finance role within relevant sectors is highly valued
