Senior Finance Manager

You will be responsible for the following key areas: - Ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements. - Managing direct and indirect tax compliance, coordinating with auditors, and ensuring timely tax filings. - Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review. - Analysing financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability. - Working with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for financial matters. - Leading and mentoring the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in operations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Education: Chartered Accountant - Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in finance & accounting, preferably in the logistics industry. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modelling. - Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Indian taxation, corporate laws, and financial regulations. Additionally, this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts. The preferred experience includes 1 year in chartered accounting and 1 year in a logistic company. The work location is in person.
