As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Loyalty Operations Executive to join our team in Delhi. Immediate joining required. Key Responsibilities: As an Operations Executive at Genefied, you will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets via email, phone, or chat in a timely and in a professional manner. 2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating them to the appropriate teams when necessary. 3. Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they understand and can utilize Genefied's tools and services effectively. 4. Operational Tasks: Support operations team in terms of timely sourcing, procurement and delivering of product items at client end. Should be good in handling procurement and logistics. 5. Data management: Day to Day data management in regards to daily operational tasks and reporting to operations head. Should be good in MS Excel. 4. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant internal teams to enhance product or service quality. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in customer support, logistics, sourcing, procurement or client-facing roles. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to resolve issues and provide effective solutions quickly. Actively managing operational tasks and working well within a given timeline. Show more Show less
