Role & responsibilities

Additional Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and documentation for all University partnership operations.
Coordinate operational requirements for examinations, evaluations, and result processing as applicable.
Monitor academic calendars, deadlines, and ensure timely dissemination of updates to relevant internal teams.
Support onboarding of new faculty or University representatives into upGrad systems and processes.
Assist in contract adherence, compliance checks, and reporting related to the University partnership.
Continuously identify operational gaps and propose process improvements to drive efficiency and better student experience.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
1-4 years of experience in academic operations, program management, or university coordination roles (EdTech exposure is a plus).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle escalations professionally with solution-oriented thinking.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
High attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
