About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing bulk hiring and sales hiring . You will play a key role in sourcing top talent, driving hiring strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales roles across various levels. Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, and campus hiring initiatives. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in large volumes. Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews with hiring managers. Key Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on bulk hiring and sales hiring . Proven success in handling high-volume recruitment within aggressive timelines. Experience in sourcing through multiple channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, etc.). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Show more Show less
