Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in NOIDA for a Sales Recruiter. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding in the sales domain. Daily tasks include building strong relationships with hiring managers, evaluating candidate skillsets, and meeting hiring targets. The role also involves account management to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Experience in Hiring processes and Account Management
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in recruitment within the sales domain is a plus
• Familiarity with recruitment software and sourcing tools is advantageous
