About the Role:

Regional Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Fintech Sales positions
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and referrals
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures
• Maintain candidate pipeline and manage reporting dashboards
• Ensure hiring quality and minimal dropouts

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in recruitment (preferably sales or BFSI hiring)
• Strong knowledge of

  job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Should be stable —

  no job hoppers
