Exceptional interpersonal skills Preferred Industry - EdTech Inside or B2C sales Interview mode - F2F Job Summary: - Communicating with learners. - Making outbound calls to potential customers. - Understanding learners needs. - Explaining product features and benefits. - Closing sales and achieving quotas. - Developing new leads. - Generating appointments for video counselling/face-to-face appointments. Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement: Handle inbound/outbound calls, follow up on leads, and build a strong lead pipeline. Needs Analysis: Assess students' aspirations and suggest appropriate programs. Sales Conversion: Explain program benefits, address objections, and secure enrollments. Follow-ups & Customer Experience: Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Data Management: Log call outcomes in CRM and generate reports. Collaboration: Work with marketing and academic teams to enhance strategies. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Tele-sales, counseling, outbound sales, inside sales, or from relevant educational background (fresher’s with strong abilities & vision are welcome). Key Skills: Strong communication, sales acumen, empathy, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools. Languages: English and regional language fluency. KPIs: Daily call volume, lead-to-enrollment conversion rates, revenue from enrollments, and customer satisfaction scores.
