Job Description

Hiring: US Bench Sales Recruiter (3–5 Years Experience)

Location:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market

    OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC consultants

    across multiple technologies.
  • Work directly with

    clients and Tier-1 vendors

    to generate new opportunities.
  • Handle the

    complete bench sales cycle

    — from lead generation to successful placement.
  • Build and maintain strong

    vendor and client relationships

    .
  • Manage daily

    submissions, interviews, and closures

    efficiently.
  • Negotiate rates and finalize

    contract terms

    with vendors and clients.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience

    in

    US Bench Sales Recruiting

    (mandatory).
  • In-depth understanding of

    US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)

    and employment types.
  • Proven track record of

    consistent closures

    and performance.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and networking skills

    .
  • Ability to work independently and meet

    target-based goals

    .
