Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for sales and business development positions (Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Channel Sales Executive, etc.).
• Work closely with business heads and HR leaders to understand manpower requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through

  job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.

• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job fit and organizational culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment dashboards regularly.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Build a strong

  sales talent pipeline

  for future requirements.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs like TAT, quality of hire, and cost per hire.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in recruiting for

  sales roles in the manufacturing / industrial / building materials / consumer durables

  sectors.
• Strong knowledge of

  sales hiring channels, territory mapping, and compensation benchmarking.

• Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools such as

  Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, or ATS systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR / Business Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales hiring, preferably in manufacturing or industrial companies.
