Job Title: Human Resources Onboarding Specialist
Location: North West DelhiDepartment: Human ResourcesReports To: HR (Onboarding Specialist) About Us:At Genefied, we’re on a mission to empower consumer brands through innovative loyalty and traceability solutions. As we grow, we’re looking for passionate individuals to help us build a thriving, people-first workplace.Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, well-informed, and excited to be part of Genefied.Key Responsibilities:New Hire Onboarding:Manage end-to-end onboarding for new employees — from offer letter to Day 1 and beyond.Ensure smooth joining formalities including documentation, verification, and induction.Coordinate with IT, Admin, and other departments to ensure assets and system access are ready.Induction & Orientation:Conduct engaging orientation sessions to introduce company culture, policies, and processes.Organize introductory meetings with key team members and department heads.Employee Engagement (Initial Phase):Be the point of contact for all new hires during their first 90 days.Gather feedback from new employees and ensure any issues are resolved quickly.Process Improvements:Continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and consistent experience.Document and update onboarding workflows and checklists.HR Administration:Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and personal files.Assist in HR projects and internal events as required.Key Skills & Qualities:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational abilityEmpathetic and approachable attitudeProficiency with HR tools, MS Office, and Google WorkspaceAbility to multitask and work under tight deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1-3 years of experience in HR onboarding, recruitment coordination, or employee engagementFamiliarity with HR software (HRMS, ATS) is a plusWhy Join Us?Vibrant, fast-paced startup cultureOpportunity to work closely with leadershipLearning & development opportunitiesCollaborative, supportive team environmentMake a direct impact on Genefied’s growth journeyHow to Apply:If you’re passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and want to grow in the HR field, we’d love to hear from you!
