We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing all aspects of our human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with labor regulations. This role involves close coordination with internal teams and active involvement in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment: resume screening, interview scheduling, and background verification
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
• Address employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution
• Ensure company-wide compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Prepare and present HR reports to management for strategic decisions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in selecting the right candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support general HR operations
• Assist with disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management and team development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or a similar role
• Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
